The Board of Directors sincerely hopes that a peaceful resolution to the alarming situation can be accomplished as soon as possible, in the case of which Ranplan Group stands prepared to resume commercial relationships with all existing and prospective customers in this part of the world. Russia represented less than one percent (1%) of Ranplan Group’s total income in 2021.
