Alastair Williamson, Ranplan's Chief Executive Officer and former Head of Sales, has accepted a leadership position within an AIM listed Company based in London, UK. To ensure business stability, maximum continuity and a seamless transition, Mr Williamson will maintain his CEO duties until 31 August 2019, after which - subject to approval by an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) - he will join the Board as a new ordinary member. The Board has appointed Jie Zhang, the company's founder, Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and member of the Board, interim CEO, effective 1 September 2019. Professor Zhang will remain an ordinary member of the Board.
The selection of candidates for a permanent CEO position has been initiated.
