Chunxia Qin received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Shandong University, P. R. China. in Signal and Information Processing in 2005 and 2008, respectively. From 2008-2011, she worked in Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, China. From 2011 to 2018, she worked in Shandong Ruixin Communication Technology Co., Ltd., China. From 2018, She was working as a researcher in Ranplan Wireless Network Design Ltd, UK and a PhD student in the Telecommunication Engineering group at the University of Twente, Netherlands. Her research interests are in radio communications and mmWave small cell communications, joint deployment of mmWave small cell in typical building environments.
